VMware Cluster Monitoring

Monitor the clusters in your VMware environment efficiently, and analyze key performance metrics such as total storage, memory and CPU utilization, and information about clusters and Distributed Resource Schedulers with Site24x7.        

Prerequisites

Adding a VMware Cluster Monitor

A VMware cluster can be easily discovered while adding a vCenter monitor.

To add a cluster monitor to an existing vCenter monitor:

  1. Log into Site24x7.
  2. Click the name of the vCenter monitor to open it.
  3. On the monitor's dashboard, click the hamburger icon near the name of the monitor, and click Edit.
  4. In the form that opens up, select Yes for Clusters under Discover and Auto-add Resources.
