Standard Refund Policy

At Site24x7, we aspire to deliver world-class monitoring, alerting, and reporting products from the cloud for your business-critical IT infrastructure. This document outlines our standard refund terms and conditions, which can be invoked should we fail to meet your expectations.

Refund policy on subscription

For new purchases

Site24x7 doesn't force you into buying an annual or monthly subscription plan as a pretext to use our monitoring services. We prefer to offer you complete freedom and flexibility in picking a plan. In exchange for signing up for an annual commitment up front, we offer a 10% discount on the already-low monthly subscription cost.

Subscription plans from Site24x7 will be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:

  • Annual subscription: Within the first 45 days from the actual subscription date.
  • Monthly subscription: Within the first 30 days from the actual subscription date.

Note: Refunds will never be declined. If the cancellation happens after a month's time, the refund will be carried out in a prorated manner.

If you are dissatisfied with our product at any time during this period, please contact us. We will do our best to address all your issues and implement any suggestions or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs.

If you're still not convinced and feel that we've failed to address the issue promptly, we will offer you a prorated refund for the remainde of your subscription and downgrade your account to the Free plan. Also, if at any time during your subscription we remove, break, or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your subscription, notify us and we'll work on fixing it immediately.

Auto-renewal

For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will be auto-renewed until you cancel the service. Each time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send an email specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal, we will send you a receipt via email specifying the amount that has been deducted along with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.

We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer need until it has already been charged. That's why you can cancel your monthly or annual subscription even up to 15 business days after your renewal date, and we will still process your cancellation and give you a full refund.

Exception to the refund policy

Please note that we will not entertain a request for a refund when we have suspended or terminated your access to Site24x7 services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
