Juniper Mist performance metrics

Site24x7 polls the Mist cloud and plots time-series charts for the metrics below. Use the Summary tab of each monitor for an at-a-glance view of availability, downtime, the events timeline, and response time (average, minimum, maximum, and the 90th, 95th, and 99th percentiles). To learn how to set up monitoring, see Add a Juniper Mist monitor.

Juniper Mist monitor

The parent monitor tracks the health of your Mist cloud connection and lists your organizations. The Device Details section displays the Mist Cloud Region URL and Account Name. The Topology tab maps your organizations and the devices under them, and the Organizations, Access Points, Switches, and WAN Edges tabs list the corresponding child monitors with their status, serial number, and model.

Metric nameDescriptionUnit
Response TimeThe time taken by the Mist cloud API to respond to Site24x7's pollsms

Organization

Each organization monitor displays its Organization ID and Organization Name under Device Details, along with the device inventory in the Access Points, Switches, and WAN Edges tabs.
