Threshold Configuration for Amazon AppStream 2.0

Configure thresholds for your Amazon AppStream 2.0 metrics to receive notifications when thresholds are breached. To learn more about how you can add users and customize alert settings, visit our user and alert management page.

Create a new threshold profile for Amazon AppStream 2.0

  1. Log in to your Site24x7 account and navigate to Admin > Configuration Profiles > Threshold and Availability.
  2. Click Add Threshold Profile.
  3. Select Amazon AppStream 2.0 from the Monitor Type drop-down menu, and provide an appropriate name in the Display Name field.
  4. Toggle the Notify as Trouble when the Stack is Disassociated from the Fleet option to Yes to receive an alert when the stack is disassociated from the fleet.
  5. Supported performance counters are shown in the Threshold Configuration section. You can configure values, set up alert conditions, and determine alert strategies at the individual attribute level. By default, only two attributes are shown. You can select more by clicking Select Attributes. An alert will be triggered when a metric value violates the determined threshold.   6. Click Save.

Edit an existing threshold profile for Amazon AppStream 2.0

  1. Navigate to Admin > Configuration Profiles > Threshold and Availability.
  2. Click the threshold profile that you want to edit.
  3. Edit the configured threshold values and click Save.

Permanently delete a threshold profile for Amazon AppStream 2.0

  1. Navigate to Admin > Configuration Profiles > Threshold and Availability.
  2. Click the threshold profile that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
