Understanding Site24x7's Server Inventory Report

The server inventory report enables you to view all the servers associated with your account in a single console, where you can group and filter by OS type, RAM, processor, domain name, IP address, time zone, and among others. This table will help you to understand the fields in the server inventory report. Explore the other server-specific reports to understand your servers better.

Field Name Explanation
Host Name The name of the server
Domain Name The unique name of the domain to which the server belongs (example:
Time Zone The standard time zone configured in the server
Country The name of the country where the server is located at (examples: United States, United Kingdom)
Region The name of the geographical region where the server is located at (examples: London, California)
IP Address The Internet Protocol address of the server
Public IP Address The public IP address used by the server monitoring agent to communicate with Site24x7 datacentre
DNS IP Address The IP address of the DNS server (nameserver) used by the host server
BIOS Vendor The manufacturer of the basic input/output system (BIOS) (examples: Dell Inc., Xen)
BIOS Version The up-to-date version of the BIOS (1.2.3., 3.2.1.)
OS Name Operating system (examples: Windows, Linux or Ubuntu)
OS Version The version of the operating system the server is running
OS Architecture The environment of the operating system in which the user executes programs (64-bit, 32-bit)
Serial Number The product serial identification number of the BIOS (example: ec25b341-0cef-0097-59c4-bb494a82f53e)
Kernel Version The build number of the operating system
Manufacturer The name of the server manufacturer (examples: Dell Inc., Microsoft Corporation)
Model The product name that a manufacturer gives to a server
Processor The name of the CPU processor
CPU Cores The number of physical cores in the CPU
RAM Size The total RAM size
Total Disk Partition The total number of disk partitions
Total Network Interfaces The total number of network interfaces
Cloud Platforms The name of the cloud platform of the VM
Server Uptime The total duration for which a server is running
Last Boot Time The server's actual timestamp of the last boot
Type The type of the operating system (examples: Windows, Linux)
UUID The Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) of the server

Site24x7-specific fields

Field Name Explanation
Display Name The display name of the server monitor
Monitor State The state of the server monitor (Active, Suspended, or Maintenance)
Monitor Groups The monitor group where the specific monitor is associated with
Agent Version The version of the server monitoring agent
Poll Interval The frequency of data collection
Monitor Creation Time The time when the server monitor was created
Server Agent User The name of the user role on which the server agent is running
Server Agent Path The path in which the server agent has been installed
Inventory Updated Time The time when the Inventory data was last updated
IT Automation Module To check if agent-based IT automations are enabled or not
StatsD Integration To check if StatsD integration is enabled or not
Plugin Module To check if Plugin integrations are enabled or not
Prometheus To check if Prometheus integration is enabled or not
