You can view and edit various details in the My Account screen:
Login Name: This shows the account User ID.
Organization Name: Shows the name of the organization of the user account.
Language: Choose your proficient language from the dropdown list to view all the Site24x7 details in that particular language.
Time Zone: Change the time zone manually according to your requirement from the drop down list.
Landing Page: Set the landing page as either Default Home Page or APM Insight Home Page.
Referral Membership: Click Join Now to refer Site24x7 to your friends. Gain credits when your friends sign up for Site24x7 via referral.
Referral Membership is only applicable for Edition users.
You can also make the following changes as part of your account settings:
Change Email Address: Update your email preferences for primary/secondary addresses. Site24x7 will send reset instructions if you forget your password.
Change Password: You can reset to a new password to manage your account.
Enable Two Factor Authentication: In addition to your username and password, you will have to enter a unique verification code generated by an app on your mobile device or via SMS.
Downgrade My Account: This option can be used to terminate your account.
