Office 365 monitoring - missing Skype data in the dashboard

Hello,

I have the following issue with O365 monitoring. In the Skype tab, I have no information at all regarding Active Sessions and Active Conferences. No matter  which timeframe, I have no information. In the Exchange tab, same thing for incoming/outgoing mail traffic. Concerning Mailboxes and Mail Groups, when I select the "This week" timeframe, nothing is displayed. I have data for "Last week" timeframe. 

Does anyone have an idea ? Which of the prerequisites is responsible for collecting the data? Is "Lync for Business Online, Windows Powershell module" also needed as a prereq' even if it's not mentionned in the online documentation ?

Hi Philippe,

The missing data for Skype is due to the recent change in the way Office 365 monitoring is done. Following an announcement from Microsoft, PowerShell cmdlets used for monitoring have been deprecated, and monitoring will be done using Microsoft Graph and Service Communication APIs.
