EC2 instances not showing memory and disk space

Our AWS EC2 instances are not showing up the memory and disk space percentages.

How can I solve this issue?

Dear Ariel,

When you add AWS EC2 monitoring, by default you will get only the CPU percentage. However, to get enhanced capabilities like monitoring memory utilization you need to integrate Site24x7 server agent in your EC2 Instance. Once done, you will get everything in a single unified console for trouble shooting and alerting. This help documentation is a good place to look at, to start the integration.

Let us know if this solves your problem.

Hello Jasper and thank you so much for your response.

I'm sorry I didn't mention that the EC2 agent was already installed. But no luck so far. Any other suggestion?

I need this help too.

Already installed the agent, but on my Personalized Painel ii cannot see not about disk utilization, only CPU and disponibility.

Hi,

Sad that you didn’t get the unified view. One the common reasons is because the agent may not have found the right environment. If that’s the case we need to dig deeper.

That needs agent logs for us to troubleshoot further. It’s best to get in touch with us at support@site24x7.com with the agent logs.

Btw, Which OS of your EC2 are you monitoring? Windows or Linux? or both?

Hi Jasper, appreciate your help. In fact the project was discarded. The EC2 instances are being monitored in another way.
