AI Terms of Use — Zia in Site24x7

These terms supplement Site24x7 Terms of Use and govern your usage of Zia Bot within Site24x7 (“AI Terms”). If there is any conflict between the AI Terms and Site24x7 Terms of Use or any other agreement signed between the parties, the AI Terms will govern with respect to Zia Bot. By enabling and using Zia Bot, you acknowledge and agree to these AI Terms:

1. Feature description

You understand that Zia Bot enables the users in your organisation to perform the following actions using OpenAI:

• Fetch information: Users will be able to fetch information that they have access to as per their role and permissions.
• Script generation: Users will be able to generate scripts based on user’s prompt.
• Reports and insights: Users can analyse, compare and generate summaries, insights and trends from modules including Reports, Outages, Alarms, Incidents, and RCA pages subject to their roles and permissions.

2. Data Processing

• Use of Third-party providers: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that to provide Zia Bot, Zoho engages third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI). You authorise us to send your user’s prompt along with data relevant to the specific query (including but not limited to help documents, alerts and events details, monitored metrics and historical trends, any diagnostic data including logs and traces) to such third-party AI service providers. Any personal or sensitive data shared with third-party AI service providers will be masked by Zoho as described here. These third-party AI service providers are restricted from using your data for training their AI models.
• Administrator’s warranty on lawful basis: You represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis for processing the data in the manner described herein. This includes, without limitation, obtaining all necessary permissions and consents from the data subjects to have their data shared with and processed by third-party AI service provider(s) for the purpose of operating the Zia Bot. You are solely responsible for providing any required privacy notices to data subjects.

3. Customer responsibilities

You understand and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to:

• Ensure that appropriate access control measures are implemented in your organisation, and review and manage the data to which your users have access to.
• Verify or validate any content generated, insights, or recommendations before using them for any purposes including any decision-making;
• Determine how you utilize, share, and act upon AI-generated output;
• Ensure that human review is implemented where appropriate and required by applicable laws;
• Ensure that you do not use Zia Bot for any high-risk, sensitive or critical irreversible actions; and
• Complying with applicable laws.

4. Accuracy and suitability

Output generated or action taken by Zia Bot may not always be correct or reliable. They are provided for informational or assistive purposes, and may contain errors or omissions. You should exercise your own judgment and expertise when using Zia Bot and not rely on it for critical decisions.

5. Intellectual property

Zoho does not own or claim copyright over any content generated using Zia Bot. You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content and output to ensure it does not violate third-party rights.

6. Limitation of liability

Zoho makes no guarantees regarding the performance, quality, or suitability of Zia Bot or the output generated. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zoho disclaims liability for any damages or losses arising from your usage of Zia Bot.

7. Feedback

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or comments regarding Zia Bot, you grant Zoho a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such feedback into any of our products and services without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Modification and termination

Zoho reserves the right to modify the AI Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zia Bot at any time, for any reason, including for violation of these AI Terms.

By using Site24x7 and its AI features including Zia Bot, you indicate that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
