As part of regular maintenance at our USA data center, we will be switching our apps from our primary data center in Seattle to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Dallas on December 26, 2020 from 18:30 to 21:30 PST (Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020 between 2:30 and 5:30 UTC).
We'll switch back to our primary data center in Seattle on January 2, 2021 between 18:30 and 21:30 PST (Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021 between 2:30 and 5:30 UTC).
We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all Site24x7 services during this maintenance period. We will post an update here once maintenance is complete. In case you do experience any issues, please feel free to email us at support@site24x7.com.
Ensure uninterrupted monitoring by whitelisting the following IP addresses in your firewall policy:

- 136.143.182.0/23
- 136.143.178.0/23
