The error code 12175 with the message - "One or more errors were found in the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate sent by the server" can be seen for dms.zoho.com if the server does not have support for TLSv1.2

 
The support for the earlier versions of the TLS have been terminated due to security reasons. However, the agent will not crash due to this. So, to analyze the issue further, please mail the entire logs to support@site24x7.com
