Currently, comments updated by the user are not displayed in the web console.
By default, the comment generated by Site24x7 will be on display.
However, user comments should be visible in Site24x7 and also in outage reports.
This feature was available in old UI, however without any prior intimation to us, this feature was all of a sudden revoked in new UI.

As user comments can be conversational or information on steps taken to resolve the problem, we show the system comment in reports which has the down reason. Can you let us know how you use the report and why the latest user comment needs to be on it?
