This year has been a lot different in every single aspect. From how we all interacted to how we operated, everything changed. So how did these new winds of change shape Site24x7? To find out, we paused to take a look back.

Going remote and not being in the same location as your colleagues was not just new for you, but also for us. However, our development team came together brilliantly to ship new features, integrations, and a brand-new product to provide more monitoring value to our customers. Below are a few highlights from our release list.
As you may already know, our product regularly undergoes independent verification for security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards from regions spanning the globe. Adding to existing certifications, this year we were awarded the ISO/IEC 27701 certification (an extension to the ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002 standards), validating the high standards we've put in place to protect personally identifiable information (PII) data.
The flexible nature of remote work can help unlock productivity gains across all walks of life. Keeping this in mind, we released a slew of new updates for our native mobile apps to provide you more than one way to stay on top of your monitored IT resources.
Tapping the shoulder of a colleague to ask about Site24x7 is out of the question. To help you and your team, we conducted a series of virtual events in the form of training, e-workshops, and webinars to help you get the most out of Site24x7 from the comfort of your homes.
With all the unprecedented changes happening around us, one thing remained constant: our focus to serve customer needs.
With the pandemic upending the economic fortunes of numerous small businesses, we decided to reorient our efforts to something more essential. Enter the ESAP, which provided a 3-month subscription for free to all Zoho products that customers were already using.
Site24x7 is pretty easy to deploy and configure; it comes with a variety of plugins out of the box which are a breeze to tune specific to any environment.
The Site24x7 system will also recommend other services, such as DNS, blacklists, and website performance, to monitor, and with a click of a button.
Wellsource uses Site24x7 across all our customer and critical services; including SQL, IIS, certificate validity, and server/service health.
As we carry this new way of working into the post-COVID era, our resolution remains unchanged. For us, our customers' happiness is the number one priority, and we will strive to continue to provide new features, enhance the user experience, and focus on improving platform capabilities.
