Windows Event Log - Content Check - Not working

Hi Team -

I'm having issues with a content check working.

I have a process where I ping a large list of servers and spool results to a text file.  It either spools a message saying the server is valid and is available for processing.  Or, an error message based on what type of error the PING command throws.

And this is one of the failures:



In each error message, it's prefixed with Error.

That is how I set up my Content Check but it doesn't seem to be working. Does this seem to be right?

Hi,
We apologize for the the inconvenience caused. 

Once the content check is added, it will check if when any new content is added to that file.
 
Can you share the agent logs to our support team support@site24x7.com so that it will be helpful for us to analyze the issue further.

You can find the Site24x7 Windows agent logs under  <Agent Installation Folder>\logs   

i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Site24x7\WinAgent\monitoring\logs
