You can view your current support tickets in our customer Self Service portal in the below link:
Please note that the self service portal requires a separate sign up using your email address. We request you to use the same email address that you use to raise tickets to sign up for the self service portal.
You can go to 'My Requests' -> Click 'Sign up' to register for the portal. Once you provide your email address and sign up, you will receive an invitation to join the 'Site24x7 Customer Self Service Portal'. Please accept the invitation to set your password for the portal and update your profile.
Once you sign in with your email address, you can see all the support calls logged by you(Currently Open and those previously Closed). You can add comments to your existing tickets as well.
