To keep receiving emails from us, please follow the below guidelines:

• Whitelist our email sending domain mail.site24x7.com and following IPs, viz.,204.141.42.0/23, 136.143.190.0/23, 136.143.187.0/24, 65.154.166.0/24, 8.45.169.0/24, 216.52.72.0/23, 204.141.32.0/23, 136.143.186.0/24, 136.143.189.0/24, 204.141.160.0/24, 136.143.182.0/23 and 135.84.80.0/22 in the firewall policy of your organization mail server.
• Add noreply@site24x7.com to your email address book.
  

 You can view the "User Access" status under Admin-->Users & Alert Management-->Users & Alerts against each users to crosscheck if they have verified.
