Hello,
I want to do a remote install on 1 system running Windows from the Site 24x7 console.
I can see other systems but not the one I want to perform the remote install.
while using the remote install option.
Please advise the step to update the list from AD or any ldap config.

Hi,
Please check whether the system (trying to perform
the remote installation) and the server monitor (from where you
trigger this action) are present in the same Active Directory (AD) domain.
If not, then in the Remote Installation Wizard, you will be able to view multiple Active Directory Domains listed (please check the below image). From the list, select the appropriate Active Directory domain where the system is present and try to install the agent again.
