Infrastructure update: Changes to UK Data Center IP addresses

Hi all, 
Site24x7 is revising the IP address ranges for United Kingdom (UK) data centers. The updated IP address ranges will become effective from August 9, 2026.
If your organization restricts inbound traffic using firewall rules, security groups, or network ACLs based on our UK data center IP addresses, you will need to update your allowlist with the new IP ranges to ensure uninterrupted monitoring and communication.

What is changing?

The existing UK DC IP addresses will be deprecated. The new IP addresses and ranges are listed below:

Do you need to take any action?

Yes. Update your allowlist if your environment explicitly permits traffic from the UK data centers using the above IP addresses.
