Trigger notifications based on single exceptions being generated

Hi there,

Sometimes in our environment we would have a single exception being generated.  They occur periodically throughout the day but they prevent the customer from completing their transaction successfully.

We would like that we could configure an email notification to be generated for each individual exception.

Right now the notification comes if there are 5 consecutive exceptions, but I would like to be able to customize this so that I can bring that value down to 1 if I need to.

If this feature could be added that would be very much appreciated.
