Hi,
I have configured a Transfert FTP monitor, but it failed due too "Configuration Error" and Motif is blank.
How to debug the root cause ?

Hello Christophe,
Configuration Error may happen for the following reasons:
- The domain is not accessible from our servers
- If FTP is protected by password then configured credentials could have been wrong
- Connectivity issues between our server and your server
