Site24x7 now allows users to configure their Mail Server RTT with its SMTP server or POP/IMAP server. 

Users can go ahead and select 'Yes' for the option "Use Site24x7 SMTP Sever". In this case the users will have to provide the From Email ID and the mail will be triggered from the SMTP server  with the User's ID as in the From field.

Similarly, users can configure this option - "Use Site24x7's POP/IMAP server". In this scenario, the mail will be sent from the users SMTP server to Site24x7's mail ID and fetching will be done by our POP/IMAP server.
