I have a requirement where client need to create a tree view . Example
Group1: App
Subgroup1:DB
InsideSubgroup:mssql
InsideSubgroup2: server name
I know business view option is their but only let me create subgroup but I need to know can we create tree view.

Yes, You'll be able to create upto 5 levels in subgroups. If you have already created a monitor group already, goto to the group from Home > Monitor Groups > Click on the Hamburger icon near the Monitor Group name > Click on Subgroup > Add your 1st level subgroup (DB) > Cilck on the subgroup again > You will see a form as seen below > Click on "Add" in the subgroup you want to the next level.
You can repeat the process for upto 5 levels.
