Hello,
In the MSSSQL Monitor, the version number of the SQL instance just displays the initial GA release for the version number.
It does not show the actual version number after patching.
We can see here the same SQL server for both the monitor and the Insights. The RTM Version number is of limited value as it is not accurate.
Can the SQL Monitor be updated to pull the actual version number?
The SQL Insights is accurate.
