When exporting an Outage Report to CSV, the Monitor Name column is not
completely filled in. Instead, only the first outage for a given monitor
has the name filled in and all the rest are blank, until a different
monitor is listed in the report.
I think I understand why that was done from an aesthetic
perspective, so that you don't have the same name repeated over
and over, but I tend to slice and dice these reports (pivot tables,
etc) and one of the most common pivot points is the Monitor Name. So,
long story longer, this means I have to manually fill in those names,
which is not ideal. I'd like to see the name be filled in for each
line item in an exported CSV report.

Thanks for
raising this. Since CSV reports are primarily
for further processing it makes sense to include the monitor
name in all the rows. We will modify the current behavior to
support this.
