Greetings - we're running Site24x7OnPremisePoller on an Ubuntu 17.10 server, and recently have seen the poller start filling up disk space with .hprof files (example: java_pid55384.hprof). The files are located in /opt/Site24x7OnPremisePoller/NetworkPlus/bin, and each one is approximately 1.2GB. Has anyone else encountered this or does anyone have a solution?

Hi Mike,
This looks like an issue specific to the network module in the On-Premise Poller. However, this is not a generic issue. It would be easy for us to troubleshoot if you provide us with the details of your On-Premise Poller. We request you to contact support@site24x7.com to get this sorted out.
