Hello, Guys.
Any one encountering this king of error message when running the Web Transaction (Browser) recorder.
www.site24x7.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates.
An additional root certificate may need to be imported.
(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

Hello Ralph,
Sorry to hear that you are not able to login in to Site24x7 Web Transaction (Browser) recorder.
It looks like the profile associated with the recorder got corrupted.
Kindly follow the steps given in this Knowledge Base article and launch the recorder.
