Site24x7 Customer Support is Experiencing a Slowdown.

Dear Site24x7 Customers,

We believe some of you may have experienced a delay in customer service support over the last 24 hours or so. 

As you are aware, the customer service operations was disrupted due to the severe cyclone Vardah, which hit Chennai on the 12th of December'2016. We are slowly catching up on the support backlogs, though mobile networks remain weak. We apologize for any delay in responding to the support calls, chats or emails during this period. Please bear with us till we regain normalcy.
