Since user part of a group and admin for the same, he is not able to create content checks to server, and throwing the error as "You have read-only permissions for this Profile, this profile was created by another user, hence you are not allowed to perform edit/delete actions"

Please let me know what exactly missing here and reason why he is not allowed to perform edit/delete since he is a admin of the group.
