We create a lot of users in Site24x7. The default User Role for new users is Super Admin. Because of this, we have inadvertently provided users with Super Admin privileges in the past due to this default setting. From a security perspective, the default User Role setting for all new users should probably be something like Alert Contact (No access to web client) rather than Super Admin. This would follow something similar to the principle of least privilege (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principle_of_least_privilege%29. Can you change the default User Role to Alert Contact (No access to web client) when creating new Site24x7 users?
