To maintain the reliability and resilience, Site24x7 is conducting scheduled maintenance for the United Kingdom (UK) data center.
As part of this maintenance, traffic will be temporarily redirected from our primary data center in London to our disaster recovery data center in Manchester on Aug. 9, 2026, from 3:30am to 6:30am BST (2:30am–5:30am UTC/GMT). Once the maintenance activities are completed, services will be switched back to the primary London data center on Aug. 16, 2026, from 3:30am to 6:30am BST (2:30am–5:30am UTC/GMT).
All Site24x7 services will remain operational throughout the maintenance windows, and no significant service disruption is anticipated. After the maintenance is complete, this post will be updated with the maintenance status.
To ensure uninterrupted monitoring, please add the following IP ranges to your firewall allowlist:
- 144.89.66.0/23 (144.89.66.0 to 144.89.67.254)
- 199.67.90.0/24 (199.67.90.1 to 199.67.90.254)
The site24x7.uk portal will remain accessible during the maintenance period. You can also track the operational status of our services on the Site24x7 status page.
