Hello,
As we do new releases of our product on two weeks cycles we
have defined as well a maintenance windows in which we do schedule the
deployment of the new versions.
So we would like to exclude these maintenance time windows
from the availability reporting and also avoid getting alerts.
To achieve this we need an option to be able to schedule
maintenance on a bi-weekly basis. Currently the only possibility is
only either daily or weekly.
Can you please provide a feature which is allows us
to configure also regular bi-weekly maintenance?
Regards, bye

Hi,
Thanks for raising this request. We will be adding an option to
setup maintenance on Monthly frequency.
You can work around Bi-Monthly schedule by adding two monthly
schedules running 1st and 15th of every month.
This feature will be available soon. We will keep you posted once
it is available.

This feature request seems to exist in multiple threads all saying "coming soon" but all at least a year old. Is there an ETA for this request?

Hi Damian,
We apologize for the delay.
The enhancement for Maintenance Schedules to include Monthly recurrence is currently under final stages of development. We expect the GA of the feature in the next 2-3 weeks.
As Raghavan has suggested above, bi-weekly maintenance schedules can be configured with the monthly recurring maintenance schedules.
I will update this post again once the feature is Live in Site24x7.
