Our apologies for any inconvenience. The 'Please reload the page and try again' error occurs because of the browser settings that does not allow third party cookies to be set. We acknowledge that we are working on addressing the same.
Until then, there are two possible workarounds.
If your browser is set to allow third-party cookies only from visited sites:
If your browser is set to allow third-party cookies only from visited sites:
- First visit https://accounts.zoho.com and log in there.
- You should now be able to login at https://www.site24x7.com.
If your browser is set to block all third-party cookies:
- Temporarily allow third-party cookies.
- Log in to https://www.site24x7.com.
- Restore your previous cookie settings. Any third-party cookies that were created will be blocked and are not used anymore.
- You should be able to access the Site24x7 web client directly at https://www.site24x7.com/app/client
I will update this forum post once the issue with logging in Safari browsers is fixed in our end.

Hi,
We have fixed the issue with logging into Site24x7 where the browser is set to allow third party cookies only from the visited sites.
At this point of time, our authentication is based on cookies. Hence, if the browser is set to block all third-party cookies, we recommend the above workaround to login into Site24x7.
We request you to try logging into Site24x7 on Safari and update us with the status.
If there are any difficulties, we can assist you over a remote session as well.
