Is there any rest api to fetch data based on timestamp.(DD:MM:YYYY HH:MM:SS)

Hi
Currently we don't have support for Timestamp based API, but our existing API can fetch data for a minimum time period of 1 minute.
Can you please let us know the use case for which this is needed, so that we can understand your requirement better.
