Rest API issue

We are trying to set up a rest API with an HTTP call.  However, when the setup is completed, is not liking the link and shows up as down.  The link is valid, as the link/URL rest API is only used for internal use.   We tried by setting an on-prem poller and no luck.  Please advise.  

 

Are we missing something

Hi Erick, 

     Please contact support@site24x7.com for this since it needs troubleshooting. When contacting give a screenshot of the workflow you did and errors if any for faster responses. 

     However, I recommend to have a look at our REST API monitoring help doc and see if you can find any information that you may have missed to take into account while adding the monitor.
