Is would be nice if it's possible to change the notification type from a trouble to a down with the Resource Check Profile. At the moment the Resource Check Profile only generates trouble alerts. We like to generate a down alert for it so we can receive a Phone call if a Resource Profile Check failed.

Hi,
You can set Phone call alerts when a monitor status is turned to Trouble. Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to Site24x7 and go to Admin > User and Alert Management > Users and Alerts.
- Click on the user for whom you would like to set this preference.
- Under Alert Settings, check the option Voice Call for Trouble.
- Save your changes.
Once this is done, you will receive alerts on your Phone when a resource check fails. Hope this helps. Let us know for further questions if any, in the below thread.
