I would like to have the ability to have my SLA and Business Hours apply
to any report and to then be able to expose those reports outside
Site24x7. Currently, the reports I can expose to my users do not have
business hours applied, and this gives an incorrect impression to our
users about the availability metrics. If you think about it, the users
are the ONLY ones that really care about the SLA compliance. The rest
of the IT team should be concerned about ALL outages, not just those
during business hours!

Hi Jeff,
In the new web client we are working on, selecting Business Hours
on every report is an option. So that would help you. The new Site24x7
Product Web Client is still some time away. If you send out an email
(with subject "Attn: new client reports prototype") to
support, we could share some screenshots of a prototype if you are interested.
Thank you for reaffirming the need for this feature.
