Hello,
I would like to request that the "polling strategy" column be added to the Guest Disk thresholds for the VMware VM monitor type. We frequently receive false positive alarms due to transient spikes in disk utilization that clear up after the next poll. It
seems odd that this metric is one of few that don't have the option to configure polling strategy.

Thanks for raising this, and the reasoning behind it makes a lot of sense, transient disk spikes that resolve on the next poll are exactly the kind of noise a polling strategy option is meant to filter out, so it's a fair point that Guest Disk thresholds don't currently have that flexibility while several other metrics do.
This is something we're looking into as part of ongoing improvements to the VMware VM monitor type's threshold configuration. I don't have a firm timeline to share yet, but I've noted this specific request (polling strategy support for Guest Disk thresholds) for the team working on this area.
Appreciate you flagging this. Feedback like this is genuinely useful for prioritising what gets addressed next.
