Hi,
My company is using Site24x7 for monitoring services.
Just chatted with Sushma, and found out there is no way to modify
polling interval/frequency for Server (Linux) monitoring.
Currently is set by default as 5 minutes which we have urgent
requirement for 1 or 2 minutes interval.
I was informed that it is not possible to do it, even with my
request to try to modify the configuration agent (/opt/site24x7/monagent/conf).
I believe your agent pick up some configuration to send the
monitoring data to Site24x7 monitoring server, then I believe you
might have a place in the config file that instruct your agent to send
it based on certain interval, in this case is 5 min.
So do you mind to let me know on how to change the config? it is
very important for us now and I really appreciate if you could update
me the soonest. I expect it would not be too much to modify,
hopefully, looking at your configuration files.

Thanks for the request. We are working on providing one minute poll interval for server monitor. We will update once the feature is ready.

The 1 minute poll interval for Server monitors is currently under closed Beta.
