Having a plugin for Cherwell that would create an incident, outage, or problem would be a great feature to add. This plugin should have similar functionality as the ServiceNow plugin.

Thanks for sharing your request here. We will add Cherwell into our integrations list. We may not have a timeline take it up. However, will leave this open for others in community to upvote the request so as to prioritize this.
