Persistent Notification to Third Party Services

Hello,

First of all, i would like to say thank you for the nice product you have. Currently i am doing POC and i have a question:

Do you have any way to apply Persistent Notification feature to Third Party Services?

Currently i did  set up this feature but i do receive only e-mail notification at specified period.

Example:

As a user i would like to receive Slack message(Notify on every error) the same way it is done with e-mail notification.

As a user i would like that Pagerduty alert will be triggered as well using Persistent Notification.

Regards,

Hi,

This is a good one to have for 3rd party services. We'll support this.

So the Notification Profiles only apply to emails? In the settings popup, there are options to do what devops11 is asking for...

Why is my screenshot not being applied as an inline image? It only allows me to attach.

Hi Daniel,

We have not taken it up for development yet. However, you can now use any 3rd party Integration in Escalation settings. So if you want important monitors to be escalated to your ticketing system or to a chat Channel you can do it. This way you are always informed.

Would this solve your problem? Keep us informed.

HI Jasper,

We use third party integration via webhook for all of our notifications.

So your suggestion will not help in our case.

We really need true persistent notification via webhook (third party integration) to acheive our requirements.
