We are using API calls to generate the performance reports. On the console we have the memory values but when we are dowloading report file or doing it using performance API we are not getting the Memory utilisation even though we installed server monitor agent. Please suggest any other way to get these details.

Hi,
Please share us a screenshot of the report that you had downloaded. Also, confirm if you had downloaded the report using the Share This button at the top right corner of the Performance Report page in the web client and used these APIs to get the performance report of a particular monitor.
