Hello, I work for an MSP and we are evaluating Site24x7 for monitoring our customer's services, I would like to know if there is an On-Demand pricing plan that we can use?, the fixed price plans are not a good fit for us since we need to dynamically grow and shrink the quantity and types of monitors we would use. I'm loving Site24x7 so far, but the pricing plans scheme is problematic for us; we have been using Idera monitoring (formerly CopperEgg), it is very limited on functionality and features compared to Site24x7, but their On-Demand pricing model is a perfect fit for us.

Hi,
We get your requirement, however please kindly note that we are on a package pricing model wherein we also have additional add-ons to be purchased.
We would suggest you to go ahead and keep the base pack consistent and try adding or removing the add-ons alone based on your requirement. For example, if you are on the Standard pack which is our starting cost-effective pack with 10 monitors for $9/month(when paid annually), you can keep that constant and probably just keep adding or removing the additional add-ons alone.
