How do you set specific notifications to specific sets of users for specific monitors or monitor groups?
I have a couple diff monitor groups and I need to only alert specific sub-sets of users on each group.

The alerts will be triggered to the user groups configured in the monitors. I suggest you to create a new user group under "Admin -> User Management -> Users" section and associate only the specific set of users. Then edit the monitor and select the created user group and update it. This will help to trigger alerts only to the specific set of users configured in the monitors.
