Node.js APM different appname dependent on route?

Is there a way to configure the apminsight plugin to adjust the appname based on route/URL? We have one application that serves different markets and would like to send APM data to different appnames (within site24x7) based on the route/URL.

Greetings,

Can you provide us the with following details to assist you further :

a. Are you mapping multiple domains for the same application? If so, do you want to monitor each domain as a separate application?

b. By route / URL, do you mean the URL path of the application? If so, can you kindly let us know why do you want to monitor each URL separately?
