Need to have persistent alerts for Trouble alerts too

Dear Team,

Its a good idea to have persistent alerts for the trouble alerts as of now the mechanism is the very first time if a monitor is in trouble state we will get an email and after that we wont get any status of the email untill unless the servers is up i.e the trouble is resolved. In between we dont know anything whats happening

What's going on Site24x7 guys??  We all would like an update on this!! We too would like the option of persistent alerts for trouble status.

Please provide an update ASAP!!!  Please do not continue to ignore customers!!

Hello,

We have considered various use cases on enhancing trouble alerting in Site24x7. We have decided to do the support for the following things with respect to trouble alerting:
  • Support for user configuration to do spike busting for each attribute when deciding threshold breaches
  • Support for Persistent alert on trouble
  • Recheck for content failures from worldwide locations
We are currently working on implementing this feature and will be available sooner in Site24x7.

Please provide your feedback on the above enhancements planned.

When you are not able to provide the solution, then why are keeping the feature request option and why are you fooling the customers to wait for so long, if the feature is not possible, please let the customers know and we will look alternative ways,

As you can see that its been more than 3 months but there is no proper response.

We have released this feature in Site24x7 as of today, so you will get persistent trouble alerts, if you have configured for it in your monitor configuration.
