Can you also check the feasibility of adding comment for all maintenances on availability reports. In our organization we have a practice of adding ticket number in comments field and can definitely reduce our efforts in reporting if this feature is enabled.

Agreed, this would be a nice feature. It shouldn't be too hard since it's already allowed to add comments in the system. Pull comments on related outages in the selected time and include them on the report.
