If we select each customer we can bring up an outage report, which shows all the outage over the selected period of time. It currently isnt possible to do this at the MSP level, so we have to drill into each customer to run the report. Or rely on emails, which isnt very easy to filter and report on etc.
Please can you add the capability to run reports at the MSP level

Thank you for sharing your input. We have not yet started working on the task, but it is already on our list for report enhancements. We will address it as part of those enhancements and provide an update soon.
