Dear Juan,
Thanks for pointing it out. We will work on including it in the same rows. I'm sure you know about this, but just in case you missed to notice, the user who performed the action will be logged in Admin > Operations > Audit logs.

Thanks I know it is on the logs, but it is hard to find the info on the logs when the change was made more than a 3 days before
