It's possible log Desktop App's Exceptions and Performance with an APM Agent?. I have reading the documentation and don't found anything that could help with that requirement.

To answer your questions:
We have a two layer application, the front-end layer that is an desktop app and a group of services who provide service to the desktop app. All the apps are developed in C# .NET and the services are developed in WCF and a rest api using Web Api and MVC. The desktop app is deployed in an managed enviorement.
For now we are monitoring the rest api and the WCF services using Site24x7 but we want to extend the monitoring to the desktop app's for log uncontrolled exceptions and do a medition of performance.
