We are currently experiencing an issue with the monitor agent not
updating on the site 24x7 website until we reboot the system. We have
attempted a restart of the agent and verified that it is able to reach
the site but the link on the page stays the same as a default non-agent monitor.
Has anyone else encountered this and if so is there a workaround that does not require rebooting the server/aws instance ?

Hello,
We believe you are referring to the
On-Premise Poller agents or the server agent. Could you please
confirm and brief us more on the same?
It would also be great if you could
reach out to our support inbox(support@site24x7.com) and we shall
take this further.
